AIBMS and Spring Break tickets
Thursday 14th and Friday 15th September 2023 will be the Australasian Indoor Building Management Symposium at Rydges Mackay Suites at 9 Gregory Street, Mackay. The event will also include practical hands-on activities at the nearby Coach8 ASD house and training room at 47 Gregory Street, Mackay. Hear from top instructors, restorers and researchers connected to the restoration industry at our morning presentations. Get hands-on with equipment, tools and demonstrations at our afternoon workshops. Catch up with other guests and enjoy live entertainment under the big marquee at our catered evening social events. We’ll have beer on tap, smoked prime meats, a whisky bar, live music, and more! Your ticket includes:
- 2-day individual entry to the Australasian Indoor Building Management Symposium, including all educational workshops
- 2-night individual entry to the Spring Break after-party, including all food and drink
- A Spring Break t-shirt

Spring Break after-party-only tickets
If your partner or other family members are accompanying you on your trip to Mackay, bring them along to the Spring Break after-party on the evenings of Thursday 14th and Friday 15th September 2023. These fully catered evening social events will be held at the Coach8 training facility at 47 Gregory Street, Mackay. Catch up with other guests and enjoy live entertainment under the big marquee. We’ll have beer on tap, smoked prime meats, a whisky bar, live music, and more! Each ticket provides 2-night individual entry to the Spring Break after-party, including all food and drink. Please note that admission to the after-party is already included in the general AIBMS tickets. Island day tour tickets
Saturday 16th September will be an opportunity to enjoy some time in the beautiful Mackay region after the Australasian Indoor Building Management Symposium. Join our private charter of Wildcat for a full-day tour of island waters off the coast of Mackay. This one-of-a-kind custom-built vessel gives guests the smoothest and fastest ride possible. Snorkel, paddleboard, swim in crystal clear waters, and finish the day with a cold beverage from Wildcat’s fully licensed bar. Your ticket includes:
- Full day charter from 9.30 am to 5:00 pm
- Wetsuit, mask, snorkel and fins
